Get listed in the International Coach Directory

The directory is open to coaches and coaching supervisors from around the world. Coaches with different levels of training, qualifications, certifications and professional experience are welcome to apply.

Your qualifications, experience and certifications are displayed on your profile, allowing potential clients to make their own informed choice.

All declared credentials will be verified before a profile is approved for publication. Members will be required to provide supporting certificates or other relevant documentation upon request.

There are no minimum qualification requirements for coaching or coaching supervision. However, any qualifications, certifications or credentials listed in a member’s profile must be accurate and verifiable.

Visitors can search the directory using filters such as qualifications, certifications, experience and fees, allowing them to find a coach or coaching supervisor who best matches their individual needs.

Being listed helps potential clients discover your profile and connect with you directly through your website.

It also increases your professional visibility and gives you an international presence within the coaching community.

The Basic listing includes all essential information about you and your coaching services, including your name, professional credentials and a direct link to your website.

Additionally, your profile includes a photo, professional qualifications and certifications, coaching categories and topics, coaching experience, session languages, session fees, a personal introduction and a coaching supervisor profile (if applicable).

Your listing is valid for one year.

The Advanced listing includes all the benefits of the Basic listing, plus the opportunity to publish one article per year in the International Coach Directory. Your article will be featured in our Insights section and linked to your professional profile and website.

Advanced members are welcome to submit one original, previously unpublished article per year that contributes to the coaching profession.

Articles should provide genuine value to readers. Purely promotional content is not accepted. Submitted articles must not have been published elsewhere before and must not be predominantly AI-generated. AI may be used as a writing aid.

The ICD team reserves the right to decline submitted articles or request changes before publication.

The registration process consists of five steps:

1. Complete your personal information.

2. Add your qualifications and profile details.

3. Choose your membership and complete your payment.

4. We review your application and, if necessary, may ask you by email to provide documents for verification.

5. Once your application has been approved, your profile is published in the directory.

Membership is available for one year and does not renew automatically. Shortly before your membership expires, you will receive a renewal reminder by email.

We deliberately do not use automatic renewals. We believe you should actively choose whether you want to continue your membership rather than risk being charged for another full year simply because you missed a cancellation deadline.

If you choose not to renew, your membership simply ends automatically. Your profile and published articles will be taken offline.

Selected high-quality articles may remain published free of charge unless you request their removal. Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has started.
